Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Vegetable Oil 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring the water with salt to a boil, add the flour, and mix well to avoid lumps. If lumps remain, knead the dough by hand until smooth.
Step 2
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle or to a special churro maker.
Step 3
Fry in hot oil for 2–3 minutes, squeezing the dough into long shapes. Remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Step 4
Serve with powdered sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate sauce.
