Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the fillet from the mackerel, remove the bones, and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Slice the baguette and toast it in butter.
Step 3
Finely chop the chili pepper and onion.
Step 4
Grate the lemon zest.

For the marinade, squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl, add vinegar, sugar, chili with onion, lemon zest, olive oil, and salt. Mix well.
