Ingredients

  • Mackerel 2 pieces
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Gelatin 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Gut the mackerel, cut off the tail and fins, remove the central bone and small bones. Season the fish with salt and pepper inside, and sprinkle with gelatin.

Step 2

Boil the carrot, peel it, and cut it into thin slices.

Step 3

Boil the egg hard, peel it, and cut it into rounds.

Step 4

Place the eggs on one half of the fish, then add the carrot on top, and cover with the other half. Wrap the fish tightly in foil, tie with string, and place in boiling water. Cook for 30 minutes after boiling.

Step 5

Remove the mackerel, place it on a board, and put under a press until completely cooled. Before serving, remove the strings and unwrap the foil.
