Ingredients
- Mackerel 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Onion 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the mackerel, remove the bones, and cut it into small cubes.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes, cool them down, and chop finely.
Step 3
Chop the hard-boiled eggs.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil until golden brown. When the onion cools down, add a tablespoon of butter.
Step 5
Combine all the chopped ingredients in a deep bowl, add the sautéed onion, and mix well. You can season to taste with pepper and spices used for fish dishes. It keeps well in the refrigerator.
