Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve salt in water. Soak the chicken thigh in the saltwater solution for 1 hour, then remove and rinse. Sauté in a skillet until cooked through, cool, and finely chop.

Sauté in a skillet until cooked through.

Cool and finely chop. Slice the apple into thin strips and roughly chop the almonds.
