Description

Desserts and sweets can also be healthy! Cottage cheese soufflé is perfect for breakfast and can replace that tempting cheesecake during a festive dinner.

Ingredients

  • 5% Cottage Cheese 15 oz
  • Chicken Eggs 3 pieces
  • Whole Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
  • Cane Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Corn Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  • Vanillin 3 teaspoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mash the cottage cheese and mix it with sugar and vanillin.

Step 2

Beat the eggs (with a fork or mixer) and add them to the cottage cheese mixture.

Step 3

Add the flour and thoroughly mix all the ingredients.

Step 4

Add the cinnamon and oil (corn oil gives a pleasant note, but sesame or olive oil can also be used), and mix again.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe dish and 'bake' for 10–20 minutes (depending on the size of the dish).

Step 6

Let it cool (5–7 minutes), flip it onto a plate, and return it to the microwave for another 6–10 minutes.
