Description
Desserts and sweets can also be healthy! Cottage cheese soufflé is perfect for breakfast and can replace that tempting cheesecake during a festive dinner.
Ingredients
- 5% Cottage Cheese 15 oz
- Chicken Eggs 3 pieces
- Whole Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
- Cane Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Corn Oil 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin 3 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese and mix it with sugar and vanillin.
Step 2
Beat the eggs (with a fork or mixer) and add them to the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 3
Add the flour and thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
Step 4
Add the cinnamon and oil (corn oil gives a pleasant note, but sesame or olive oil can also be used), and mix again.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe dish and 'bake' for 10–20 minutes (depending on the size of the dish).
Step 6
Let it cool (5–7 minutes), flip it onto a plate, and return it to the microwave for another 6–10 minutes.
