Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place a pot with milk on the stove and dissolve the stevia.
Step 2
Add cottage cheese, egg white, fiber, bran, carrot (or pumpkin) into a blender, pour in the milk with stevia, and blend until smooth.
