Low-Calorie Caesar Dressing
Ingredients
- Kefir ½ cup
- Natural Yogurt ½ cup
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Shallot 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Anchovy fillet 2 pieces
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire Sauce ½ teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the shallots into several pieces. Also chop the anchovies. Finely chop the oregano leaves. Grate the lemon zest. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 2
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on low speed until smooth. If more salt is needed, add salt to taste.
Step 3
Transfer to a glass container and store in the refrigerator.
