  • Champignon Mushrooms 15 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Mozzarella Cheese for Pizza 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • All-purpose flour 1 tablespoon
  • Milk 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sauté the onion, mushrooms, and bacon.

Step 2

Roll out the pastry, line the baking dish with it, and start adding the filling.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Prepare the custard: beat one egg with a fork, add half a cup of milk and a tablespoon of flour.
