- Mango 1 piece
- Passion Fruit 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the lobster, cool it down, remove the meat from the shell, and cut it into pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut it into strips, slice the onion into thin rings, and cut the mango into pieces. Mix everything together with the lobster meat.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Whisk the vinegar with the olive oil. Add salt, pepper, squeeze the juice from the passion fruits, and mix it into the sauce. Dress the lobster meat with the vegetables. Serve in small portion cups, using a teaspoon to eat.
