Liver Skewers with Plums
Ingredients
- Beef Kidneys 10 oz
- Dried Yellow Plums 5 oz
- French Baguette 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Butter 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Corn Salad to taste
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the liver and crustless bread into 4x4 cm cubes.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade: chop the chili and garlic, add vegetable oil, soy sauce, and spices. Marinate the liver in the mixture for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Alternately thread the liver, bread, and plum onto 4 wooden skewers. Fry the skewers in butter over medium heat (4 minutes on each side). Serve on lettuce leaves.
