Ingredients

  • Chicken Liver 20 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the onion into half rings and sauté in vegetable oil until translucent.

Step 2

Add the washed and dried liver and fry. Add sour cream, salt, pepper, and simmer covered until cooked (about 10 minutes).

Step 3

Cool the liver. Use a blender to make a puree.

Step 4

Boil the eggs. Grate the cheese and eggs, add softened butter and mayonnaise. Mash until smooth. Add spices.

Step 5

Lay out plastic wrap on the table or cutting board. Spread a layer of liver pâté on the wrap (leave about 7 cm of free wrap on each side to tie the roll), flatten to about 1 cm thick. Spread the cheese and egg mixture on top of the pâté. Form a roll and tie the ends of the wrap.

Step 6

Place the roll in the refrigerator for about 6 hours to set.
