
Linguine with Zucchini and Royal Shrimp

Description
Optionally, it can be served with grated Parmesan (in a separate bowl, of course). But for me, the taste is very pleasant and creamy as it is.
Ingredients
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 10 oz
- Courgette 5 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Clarified Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into sticks (about 3 cm long). Sauté with a tablespoon of olive oil until half-cooked (they should remain crunchy inside).
Step 2
Lightly sauté the shrimp.
Step 3
Boil the linguine in salted water (until al dente).
Step 4
In the meantime, melt the clarified butter with the addition of a tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 5
Place the hot pasta with zucchini on a plate and drizzle with the melted butter. Top with the shrimp.
