Linguine with Seafood
Ingredients
- Seafood cocktail 20 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Onion ½ piece
- Basil 1 teaspoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 teaspoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 10 oz
- Celery stalk 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Water 5 fl oz
- Crushed Tomatoes in Their Own Juice 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water. Leave the seafood to thaw.
Step 2
For the vegetable broth, take the onion, celery stalk, carrot, and a sprig of parsley. Sauté all the vegetables without oil, cover with cold water, add the parsley sprig, and salt. Once the broth boils, turn off the heat.
Step 3
Crush the garlic and finely chop the onion. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and chop the herbs. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the garlic, then the onion after a minute. Next, add the tomatoes. After 4-5 minutes, add the seafood. Pour the vegetable broth and crushed tomatoes over the mixture. Simmer for about 5 minutes, then add the linguine, mix, and add the herbs and grated Parmesan.
