Ingredients
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 15 oz
- Avocado ½ piece
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 0 oz
- Danish Blue Cheese 0 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 20 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 3 teaspoons
- Pistachios to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Peel and dice the avocado, drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the salmon into small pieces. Wash the shrimp and sauté in olive oil. Shell the pistachios and chop finely.
Step 2
Heat the cheese; place it in the microwave for one minute. Place the pasta on a plate, top with salmon and shrimp, and avocado. Drizzle with cheese, sprinkle with chopped pistachios, and add pepper.
