Ingredients
- Basil 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, chop the basil, garlic, and nuts. Gradually pour in the oil while blending until it reaches a paste-like consistency. Transfer to a bowl, add the Parmesan and spices.
Step 2
Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water. Drain and return to the pot. Add the pesto and toss. Serve, garnished with Parmesan pieces.
