Ingredients
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
- Pesto to taste
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the pesto (see note).
Step 2
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving 3/4 cup of the water.
Step 3
Add half of the prepared pesto to the pot with the pasta and pour in a bit of the reserved water. Toss, and season with salt to taste.
Step 4
Serve, generously sprinkled with Parmesan.
