Linguine with King Crab
Ingredients
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 5 oz
- King crab back claws 0 oz
- Asparagus 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Garlic 1 head
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- TABASCO® a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta until al dente. In a deep skillet, sauté some garlic and chopped asparagus in olive oil. Once the asparagus starts to brown, add the pasta on top. Add a bit of soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Place the king crab meat on top.
Step 2
When the pasta is ready, add a small piece of butter, mix all the ingredients thoroughly, and drizzle with two drops of TABASCO hot sauce.
Step 3
Before serving, top with grated lemon zest.
