Ingredients
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 15 oz
- Mustard Greens 10 oz
- Blue Cheese 0 oz
- Chopped almonds 0.3 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving 0.5 cup of pasta water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the chopped greens and sauté until softened for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Then add the pasta and nuts, stir, and add the crumbled cheese. Mix again and pour in the reserved water. Cook for 1 minute, stirring, until the sauce coats the pasta. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
