Ingredients
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Shallot 0 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Fish Oil 5 oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Goat cheese 0 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 5 oz
- Ocean salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In olive oil, sauté finely chopped garlic, shallot onion, and chili pepper over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 2
Then add peeled shrimp, halved lengthwise and deveined, sauté briefly and add white wine.
Step 3
Evaporate the alcohol, add the stock, and reduce to a sauce consistency.
Step 4
Add cream and gorgonzola, and again reduce to a sauce consistency (the cheese should melt), and season with salt.
Step 5
Add diced cherry tomatoes, previously seeded.
Step 6
Add finely chopped parsley.
Step 7
Cook the linguine pasta in salted water until al dente.
Step 8
Add the pasta to the ingredients, mix, and serve on a plate.
