Description

- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sugar to taste

Step 1
Whisk together the egg yolk, mustard, salt, and pepper. Then, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and peanut oil while continuing to whisk until well combined.
Step 2
Add lime juice, grated zest, finely chopped tarragon leaves, salt, pepper, and sugar to taste.
