- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Lime 2 pieces
- Passion Fruit 4 pieces
- Egg white 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Beat the room temperature butter with the sugar until smooth.
Step 3
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 4
Slowly add the yolks to the butter and sugar mixture and add the flour.
Step 5
Finely grate the zest of 2 limes and squeeze the juice from them.
Step 6
Scoop out the pulp from the passion fruits with a teaspoon.
Step 7
Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks.
Step 8
Slowly folding in the egg whites, add the milk, lime juice, zest, and passion fruit pulp.
Step 9
Gently mix both mixtures together.
Step 10
Fill a baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
