  • Potato 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Beetroot 5 oz
  • Carrot 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Chervil to taste
  • Mixed salad greens 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the eggs hard. Boil and peel the potato, beetroot, and carrot. Grate them on a coarse grater.

Step 2

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, and grate the whites on a coarse grater. Cut the herring fillet into 3 mm slices. Layer on a plate: herring, potato, mayonnaise, egg white, dill, mayonnaise, carrot, green onion, mayonnaise, beetroot.

Step 3

Garnish with slices of herring, chervil leaves, and dill. Drizzle with olive oil.
