Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 4 spoons
- Herbs to taste
- Oat flakes 5 teaspoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Courgette 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the zucchini and grate them using a coarse grater.
Step 2
Add a little salt to the grated zucchini, mix well, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then, drain the excess liquid that forms.
Step 3
Add eggs, chopped herbs, garlic, salt, spices, flour, and rolled oats to the zucchini.
Step 4
Heat a pan with vegetable oil.
Step 5
Spoon the mixture onto the skillet to form pancakes. Fry each side for 3–5 minutes over medium heat.
