
Light Cottage Cheese Casserole with Cherries

Description
If the resulting casserole seems not sweet enough, you can drizzle the finished dish with honey. You can also add raisins, dried cranberries, apple, banana, etc. to the mixture to taste.
Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Semolina 2 teaspoons
- White Beans 1 piece
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 3
Add the semolina and vanilla seeds to the egg whites. Mix, then add to the cottage cheese.
Step 4
Let the resulting mixture sit for 30 minutes to allow the semolina to swell.
Step 5
Mix everything again and place in portioned baking molds.
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 150–390°F.
Step 7
Garnish with cherries before serving.
