Ingredients

  • Broccoli 5 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Chinese green beans 5 oz
  • Olive Oil ½ teaspoon
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds 0 oz
  • Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
  • Water 3 tablespoons
  • Miso Paste 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the beans and broccoli into small pieces and boil in salted water until tender. Rinse under cold water.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a small skillet and add the chopped garlic. Lightly brown until golden.

Step 3

In a blender, grind the pumpkin seeds, then add the garlic, water, and basil. Blend again.

Step 4

Then add the miso paste and vegetables. Blend until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Serve with any pasta, topped with pumpkin seeds.
