- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 15 oz
- Butter 15 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Basil 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Rosemary 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Spread the frozen unpeeled shrimp on a baking sheet.
Step 2
In a blender, blend the butter, garlic, basil, rosemary, and lemon juice until smooth.
Step 3
Place a bit of the creamy garlic mixture on each shrimp. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 320°F. Transfer the shrimp to a serving dish and drizzle with the remaining juice from the baking sheet.
