  • Scallions 5 oz
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, dice them into small cubes, and boil in salted water until tender.

Step 2

While the potatoes are boiling, finely chop the celery and green onions. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze the lemon juice. Mix the juice with the zest, olive oil, yogurt, sugar, onion, and celery. Season with salt and pepper, and mix again.
