- Sole fillets 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Parsley 0 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 piece
- Spices to taste
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the sole fillet into thin strips and place it in a bowl with finely chopped onion, lemon juice, finely chopped parsley, and dried dill.
Step 2
Gently mix everything and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until the fish darkens.
Step 3
Add the sliced yellow and red peppers, a bit of spices and salt, and white pepper.
Step 4
Serve on serving plates with lemon wedges.
