Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Leek ½ pieces
- Cream 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Italian herb blend to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Lightly whisk the eggs with the cream, then add salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the sliced leeks cut into thick rings for 2 minutes. Add salt, pepper, herbs, and a piece of butter. Cook, stirring, until the butter melts.
Step 3
Pour in the eggs and cook for 3–4 minutes, then fold into thirds. The inside of the omelet should be slightly runny, while the outside should be golden brown.
