Leafy Greens with Smoked Paprika

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Leafy Mustard 20 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Smoked salt ½ teaspoon
  • Chili Flakes a pinch
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt. Add finely chopped leafy greens and cook for 5 minutes until tender. Drain.

Step 2

In a deep skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Sprinkle with paprika and red pepper flakes. Stir and add the leafy greens, mix again and sauté, stirring for a few minutes.

Step 4

Season with salt and add more smoked paprika if desired.
