  • Macadamia Nuts ¾ cup
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Spanish onions ½ head
  • Chili Flakes ½ teaspoon
  • Leafy Mustard 20 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat a deep skillet over medium heat, add the nuts and roast, stirring, until golden brown and fragrant. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 2

In the skillet, add a tablespoon of oil, heat it up, and sauté the finely chopped onion for 5 minutes until translucent.

Step 3

Slightly increase the heat, add another tablespoon of olive oil, red pepper flakes, and chopped leafy greens. Stir and sauté for about a minute until softened.

Step 4

Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt, and remove from heat.

Step 5

Stir in the lightly crushed nuts and transfer to a serving bowl.
