Description

You can substitute wine with water. You can use any greens: spinach, Swiss chard, parsnip, etc. But adjust the cooking time yourself; for example, spinach requires less cooking time.

Ingredients

  • Pistachios 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Leafy Mustard 20 oz
  • Chili Flakes 1 teaspoon
  • Light Raisins, Seedless 0 oz
  • Dry White Wine ½ l
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat a deep skillet over medium heat. Add the nuts and quickly toast them, stirring, until golden brown. Immediately transfer to a plate.

Step 2

Pour olive oil into the skillet and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds, being careful not to burn it. Then add the nuts, raisins, and chopped greens. Mix well and sauté for 4–5 minutes until the greens are tender.

Step 3

Lightly salt and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

Step 4

Pour in the wine, stir, and let it evaporate completely.

Step 5

Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
