Appetizers • World
Description
You can substitute wine with water. You can use any greens: spinach, Swiss chard, parsnip, etc. But adjust the cooking time yourself; for example, spinach requires less cooking time.
Ingredients
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Leafy Mustard 20 oz
- Chili Flakes 1 teaspoon
- Light Raisins, Seedless 0 oz
- Dry White Wine ½ l
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a deep skillet over medium heat. Add the nuts and quickly toast them, stirring, until golden brown. Immediately transfer to a plate.
