Description
For a beautiful presentation, you can layer some jam or preserves at the bottom of the jar, and mix the kefir in a separate container before pouring it into the jars. This creates lovely layers.
Ingredients
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Chia Seeds 1 teaspoon
- Flaxseeds 1 teaspoon
- Strawberry 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place all dry ingredients in the jar to taste.
Step 2
Pour in the kefir, mix thoroughly, and refrigerate. After about 4–5 hours, the yogurt will be ready. You can tell it's ready by the chia seeds: they should swell and pop in your mouth.
