Lazy lasagna with lavash
Ingredients
- Veal Mince 20 oz
- Armenian Lavash 1 piece
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Lightly sauté the ground meat in a skillet for 3 to 4 minutes, season it with a little salt, and transfer it to a plate along with the juices that have released.
Step 2
In the same skillet, sauté the finely chopped onion and tomatoes, then add fresh dill.
Step 3
Make the milk sauce. To do this, mix 1 tablespoon of flour with milk, add salt, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat (the sauce will thicken slightly).
Step 4
In a greased baking dish, layer the following: 1st layer - a sheet of thin Armenian lavash; 2nd layer - minced meat; 3rd layer - lavash; 4th layer - vegetable mixture; 5th layer - lavash, and so on.
Step 5
Pour the milk sauce on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven for about 30–40 minutes until golden brown.
