- Armenian Lavash 0 oz
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk with a fork until smooth.
Step 3
Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream to the bowl.
Step 4
Add 100 grams of cottage cheese to the bowl with the eggs and sour cream.
Step 5
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the bowl with the eggs, sour cream, and cottage cheese. Mix all the ingredients well. Add salt to taste.
Step 6
Cut the lavash into medium-sized strips and add them to the bowl with the prepared mixture.
Step 7
Wash the parsley thoroughly under running water, pat it dry, chop finely, and add it to the bowl with the lavash.

Mix all the ingredients well.
Step 9
Pour 15 ml of vegetable oil into a frying pan and add the prepared ingredients.
Step 10
Cover the pan with a lid, place it on the heat, and fry on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 11
Using a plate or lid, flip the pancake in the pan to the other side and fry under the lid on medium heat for about 5–7 minutes.
Step 12
Serve hot, warm, or cold.
