Description

  • Puff Pastry 15 oz
  • Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
  • Ricotta cheese 10 oz
  • Salmon 35 oz
  • Leek 10 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the fish into small pieces.

Step 2

Slice the leek into half-rings and sauté in oil until lightly golden.

Step 3

Divide the dough into 2 pieces, rolling each out while dusting with flour.

Step 4

Spread half of each piece of dough with ricotta, layer the ingredients, and season with pepper and salt.

Step 5

Wrap with the second half of the dough and brush with oil.

Step 6

Bake for about 35 minutes at 320°F.
