Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the spicy oil, mix vegetable oil and dry spices (chili flakes, garlic, onion) and heat over medium heat. Let it infuse for about 1 hour.

Thoroughly wash the spinach.
Step 3
Blanch the spinach in boiling salted water for 10 seconds.
Step 4
Fry the roti flatbread in butter until it is a nice golden color. It is important to fry it while frozen; otherwise, the dough will become soggy.

Prepare fried eggs from 2 eggs.
Step 6
Place the fried flatbread on a plate.
Step 7
Put the fried eggs on top of the flatbread.

Add the sautéed spinach on top of the eggs.

Place the feta cheese on the spinach.
