Layered roll with imitation crab and cheese

Ingredients

  • Armenian Lavash 3 pieces
  • Imitation Crab 15 oz
  • Cheese Spread 15 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Garlic 3 cloves

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pass the imitation crab sticks through a meat grinder, add ketchup and mayonnaise, and mix.

Step 2

Grate the cheese, finely chop 2–3 cloves of garlic, mix with the cheese, and add mayonnaise.

Step 3

Finely chop or grate the egg and mix it with mayonnaise as well.

Step 4

Now we have three bowls with filling and three sheets of lavash.

Step 5

Lay out the first sheet, spread the crab mixture over it. Cover with the second sheet, spread the cheese mixture over it. Cover with the third sheet, spread the egg mixture over it.

Step 6

Now, carefully roll it all into a roll — the lavash may tear, so be very gentle.

Step 7

Wrap the roll into a long sausage shape, then take plastic wrap or foil (preferably plastic wrap) and tightly wrap the roll. Then place it in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
