Layered pie with chicken and mushrooms
Ingredients
- Poultry 25 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Puff Pastry 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken meat into small pieces.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms.
Step 3
Grate the cheese and place almost all of it into a large bowl, leaving aside a couple of tablespoons. Add the egg, salt, pepper, oregano (or any other spices to taste), and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Add the chicken and mushrooms to the bowl and mix everything well.
Step 5
Roll out the dough and shape it (I use a round, shallow form, about 30 cm in diameter), leaving low edges. Place the prepared mixture on top and level it out. If the edges are too high, fold them inward.
Step 6
Put it in the oven for a maximum of 30 minutes, take it out when the dough turns golden.
Step 7
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Wait for it to cool slightly, cut, and enjoy)))
