  • Armenian Lavash 6 pieces
  • Garlic Scapes 2 bunches
  • Cheese Spread 10 oz
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Greens 3 bunches

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the lavash on a flat surface and spread mayonnaise to taste.

Step 2

Grate the cheese and distribute it over the lavash.

Step 3

Chop the garlic scapes and finely chop the greens (dill, parsley, cilantro, basil - to taste).

Step 4

Sauté the garlic scapes in olive oil, then add the greens, turn off the heat, and let cool slightly.

Step 5

Spread the mixture of greens over the lavash and fold it into an envelope.

Step 6

Lightly fry the envelopes in olive oil.
