Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 2 pieces
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
- Dill 1 bunch
- Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Unroll the lavash flatbread onto a sheet of plastic wrap.
Step 2
Spread a thin layer of processed cheese on the lavash.
Step 3
Arrange pieces of salmon evenly over the layer of cheese on the lavash.
Step 4
Sprinkle dill on top.
Step 5
Roll the lavash into a log and place it in the freezer.
Step 6
After 15 minutes, the finished lavash and salmon roll can be taken out and sliced into neat pieces using a sharp knife.
