Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 2 pieces
- Ham 5 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower 5 oz
- Green Butter 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the ham into thin pieces.
Step 2
Cut the fish into thin strips.
Step 3
Also slice the cucumbers into thin strips.
Step 4
Unroll the lavash and spread processed cheese on it, for example, with mushrooms.
Step 5
On one lavash, place the lettuce leaves, then add the ham on top.
Step 6
Roll the lavash into a roll and cut into small pieces.
Step 7
Spread a thin layer of processed cheese on the other lavash as well.
Step 8
Place the fish and cucumbers on it, roll it up, and cut.
