Lavash Roll with Imitation Crab
Ingredients
- Imitation Crab 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Mustard Greens 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Dessert Yogurt 3 tablespoons
- Armenian Lavash 1 piece
- Pickles 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Herbs to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Green Butter ½ bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Pickled garlic 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs, cool them, and peel.
Step 2
Grate the pickles, eggs, and imitation crab on a coarse grater (or chop finely) into separate bowls without mixing.
Step 3
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
Step 4
Peel the garlic and grate it finely. Transfer it to a blender bowl, add the cottage cheese, yogurt, and mustard. Blend everything thoroughly until smooth.
Step 5
Lay the lavash on plastic wrap and carefully spread the cheese mixture on it.
Step 6
Evenly distribute the chopped pickles, imitation crab, and eggs on top, sprinkle with herbs, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Cover the filling with lettuce leaves. Evenly distribute the pickled ginger on top.
Step 8
Using the plastic wrap, carefully roll the lavash into a roll.
Step 9
Place it in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours to marinate.
Step 10
When serving, remove the wrap from the roll and cut into portion-sized pieces, placing them on a plate and garnishing with herbs to taste.
