- Armenian Lavash 3 pieces
- Canned Mackerel in Oil 1 can
- Sliced Processed Cheese 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Parsley 0 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare three fillings. First: grate the processed cheese, add crushed garlic and half of the mayonnaise.
Step 2
Second filling: mix the mackerel with the oil sauce and the remaining mayonnaise.
Step 3
Third filling: finely chop the tomatoes and herbs, and mix everything together.
Step 4
Evenly layer the fillings on the lavash in the order listed above. Carefully roll the lavash into a roll, place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then slice and serve.
