Lavash Roll with Cheese

Ingredients

  • Armenian Lavash 10 oz
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Sliced Processed Cheese 2 pieces
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Green Butter 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the eggs hard.

Step 2

Grate the eggs and processed cheese, then add the garlic, crushed in a garlic press. Mix everything with mayonnaise.

Step 3

Unroll the lavash and cover its entire surface with lettuce leaves. Then, cover with another sheet of lavash on top, and spread the cheese salad over it.

Step 4

Roll the entire structure into a tube to form a roll and wrap it in plastic wrap.

Step 5

Place in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours, then cut into pieces and arrange on a plate.
