Lavash Roll with Bacon
Ingredients
- Bacon 1 piece
- Armenian Lavash 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 1 piece
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Scallions to taste
- Dill to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lavash into strips the size of the bacon.
Step 2
Place the bacon on top of the lavash. Add the sliced cheese on top of the lavash.
Step 3
Roll it up with the bacon on the outside.
Step 4
Skewer it, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5
For the sauce, finely chop the onion and dill. Add salt, pepper, and dill to the sour cream. Crush the garlic and mix.
