Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 1 piece
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut off both sides of the lavash (if the lavash is oval-shaped).
Step 2
Mash the mozzarella with a fork until smooth. Mix with chopped parsley. If needed, season with salt and pepper (depending on preferences).
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
Step 4
Fold the flatbreads in half and fry on each side for one minute.
Step 5
Place them hot in a ceramic dish, drizzle with olive oil, and serve immediately.
