- Lard 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Garlic to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take a piece of fat that is 5 centimeters thick. Cut it into five squares to create cubes that are held together by the skin.
Step 2
Layer the lard with finely chopped and crushed garlic.
Step 3
Then generously sprinkle the fat with salt, making sure it gets into the spaces between the pieces and into the cuts. You can also add some dried dill, then wrap it in a cloth and place it in the refrigerator. It will be ready in a week.
