- Lampreys 3 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Vinegar essence 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Horseradish Leaves 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared lampreys into pieces 3–4 cm long.
Step 2
Place in a salad bowl and top with onion, sliced into thin rings.
Step 3
Pour over the dressing made from oil and vinegar, prepared similarly to that for herring, adding 1–2 teaspoons of grated dry horseradish to the dressing.
